Two ways
to work with us

Every partnership is agreed case by case, around your capacity. There is no obligation to accept every candidate or opportunity; you take on only what fits your team.

  1. 01

    Host an intern

Take on a motivated, pre-selected student for real work. Internships generally last one to five months, depending on your needs. We match candidates to your team, brief them beforehand and stay available throughout the placement.

  2. 02

    Give a guest lecture

Share your expertise with an international cohort at a time that suits you — a single session or a recurring slot. It's the most direct way to spot future talent.

Step by step

How a partnership
works

Cooperation is free of charge, and every request is optional. Signing the framework agreement also connects your company to the wider ECCEDU network: 850+ partner companies, partner universities and alumni.

  1. Sign the framework agreement

A short online form. It records that your company is open to hosting interns or giving guest lectures, and it commits you to nothing specific.

  2. We get in touch 1–3 times a year

Usually 3–6 months before a program starts, and always at least 2 months ahead, we ask whether you have capacity for an intern or a guest lecture.

  3. You answer yes or no

You decide each time, based on your team’s capacity. A no is always fine; we only ask for an answer within two weeks.

  4. The cooperation takes shape

An internship of one to five months, a guest lecture or another form of collaboration, agreed separately and to suit your team.
