You’ll be staying at Student House Botič, a great facility designed for student stays. Botič offers comfortable rooms full of light, fun options for your free time, kitchen and a laundry room. It is conveniently located close to public transportation, shopping as well as nature. Lots of our university students choose Botič as well so you will have a chance to talk, share and network with your peers from all over the world even after the daily program is over.

How does the ECCEDU program differ from other summer programs?
We can assure you that our program is designed to cater to a diverse range of individuals who are eager to enhance their skills and knowledge within their chosen field. Whether you are a student, recent graduate, or young professional, our program offers flexibility to accommodate varying levels of experience and expertise. We do require a minimum B2 English proficiency level to ensure effective communication and interaction among participants.
It’s important to note that we value the credibility of our students in the eyes of our partner companies. While we welcome students with less experience, initially we may assign them to more educational internship opportunities to build their skills and confidence. As they progress, they will have the opportunity to take on more challenging internships. We seek individuals who are not only curious and passionate about their field, but also hungry to truly learn and grow.
We prioritize hands-on experience and contact with professionals. We value soft skills as much as hard skills, and we focus on current topics. Our program aims to show you what lies ahead after you finish university. It updates you on the trends within your subject and helps you build your international network. From our own experience, we know these can help you build a strong foundation for a successful career and give you an edge in your first job applications.

What is the refund and withdrawal policy?
At ECCEDU, we understand that unexpected situations may prevent participation in our programs. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and postponements.All withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to operations@eccedu.net.Please note that bank transaction fees are always deducted from the refunded amount.1. General Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of 300 EUR applies to all program registrations. This amount secures the participation in our program and covers the administrative costs.
- In case of cancellation and no matter if the student is eligible for a refund or not, they will be offered the following options:
- Postponement: The student can defer participation to the following year or within two years from the original start date.
- Program substitution: The student can switch to another ECCEDU program that takes place at a different time or location, pending approval and availability.
2. Standard Refund ScheduleRegardless of the withdrawal reason, the refundable portion of the program fee depends on the cancellation request date:
- Cancellation submitted more than 90 days before the program starts:
- ECCEDU will refund the total paid amount minus the 300 EUR non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation submitted 90 days or less but more than 60 days before the program starts:
- ECCEDU will refund 50% of the total paid program fee. The non-refundable deposit is included in the non-refundable portion.
- Cancellation submitted 60 days or less before the program starts:
- No refund will be issued, as the program organization, partner commitments, and fixed costs have already been incurred at this stage.
3. Visa Rejection ExceptionECCEDU acknowledges that visa decisions are beyond the control of students. Therefore, a special exception applies for cancellations due to visa rejection, provided that the student:
- Submitted a complete visa application on time and in compliance with embassy requirements; and
- Provides official proof of visa rejection (an official letter or document from the embassy).
Refund terms in case of visa rejection:
- Proof submitted 7 days or more before the program starts:
- ECCEDU will refund the total paid program fee minus the 300 EUR non-refundable deposit.
- Proof submitted less than 7 days before the program starts:
- The refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Depending on the circumstances, ECCEDU may grant a refund up to 50% of the total program fee.

What happens if the program gets cancelled?
ECCEDU reserves the right to cancel a program should we not have a sufficient number of participants and/or should there be circumstances avoiding us to design and develop a program in the desired acceptable quality. ECCEDU will notify each applicant at least 4 weeks prior to the official program start. ECCEDU guarantees to work with each applicant individually on the best possible solution for both parties, including offering an alternative program at a different location and/or during a different time period, postponing the program to the following year, securing modified services such as an internship requested by the student, etc. ECCEDU will provide a full refund in case the program is fully cancelled and no alternatives are possible or acceptable for the applicant.
