What Is Leaders Voice?
WHO IS IT FOR?
- A Founder or C-suite executive (CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, etc.) from a mature company (not an early-stage startup)
- And not from the consultancy or media sector
WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE?
The main aim is to connect relevant business people in an authentic way, not to make business out of it. Unless you want to, it won’t cost you a thing.

We believe in meaningful relationships and genuine exchange. We do this because we enjoy connecting with inspiring people—no sales, no expectations, just mutual respect for the shared space and values.

Tomáš Hülle is the founder & CEO of ECCEDU, a global organization connecting students, companies, and universities.
To make networking more meaningful, he launched a private gathering of founders — an event that quickly gained traction.
Today, it has grown into seven annual, oversubscribed events that bring together founders and top corporate leaders.
Each guest attends only once per year, ensuring diversity and deeper connections that help them lead more effectively.
How It Works
The format
Each evening takes the form of an intimate roundtable of around 20 participants gathered as equals. There is no main speaker; instead, the format encourages open, authentic conversation where everyone shares insights, questions, and experiences. These evenings are built to foster mutual inspiration based on real-life experience, meaningful connections, and the kind of dialogue that rarely happens in larger or more formal settings.
Who’s involved
Leaders Voice gatherings bring together a carefully selected group of 15–20 peers—founders and C-suite executives from established companies—who share a common drive and depth of experience. The atmosphere is free from sales pitches or posturing; everyone contributes as an equal, making space for honest, experience-based dialogue. To support diversity and fresh perspectives, each invitee may join only once per year, with seven gatherings held annually.
How it's structured
Each gathering is designed to feel informal and intimate, much like a fireside chat among friends. The setting encourages open conversation on topics that genuinely matter to the group. The structure is simple: one small moderated group, one shared discussion. The atmosphere is relaxed, allowing for meaningful exchanges rather than formal presentations.
